Thesis
The first market is direct coordination between people. The long-term layer is reputation, confirmations, safety tooling, and programmable trust that can later connect to blockchain rails without turning Swappix into a bank.

- Trust layer: ratings, trusted contacts, confirmations, points, and moderation.
- Future rails: privacy-preserving reputation and settlement tools can be added around the existing marketplace.
