Is this the same account as in the app?
Yes. Use the same email and password: your requests and profile stay in sync between the website and app.
How many active requests can I keep?
No more than 3 at once. Each request has a limited lifetime (currently about 7 days); exact rules match server limits.
Why is my request not visible to others?
New requests are moderated. The feed and map show active requests with moderation status approved. You still see your own pending requests in the app.
Does Swappix move money?
No. It is a place to find an exchange partner. Terms, meeting, and transfer are between you and the other user, at your risk and responsibility.
How do I stay safe?
Meet in public places, do not prepay strangers, check banknotes. Use in-app safety tips and your local emergency services if threatened.
