Swappix is not a bureau or a bank. It is a mutual request board: you publish where you can give currency and where you want to receive it, and other participants respond to a matching route. Money does not flow through Swappix — you agree on a meeting and exchange directly.
The value is simple: fewer unnecessary middlemen, clear terms in the listing, and search by city and route in the feed and on the map. Public requests are moderated, and lifetime plus active limits reduce noise. Web and app share one account — when the mobile app is in stores, history and access stay with you.

In the Swappix app you can invite up to three verified trusted people who know you and can vouch for your account. That is social proof without uploading a passport or classic KYC data harvesting. Trusted contacts get alerts on SOS and help others see you as a real participant, not a throwaway profile.
- ·A cap of 3 active requests and moderation of public listings reduce noise and abuse.
- ·Reputation and post-deal reviews live in your profile after sign-in; map and filters help you search nearby.
- ·Terms and privacy policy are public; disputes follow your agreement with the other party and service rules.
- ·Set trusted contacts and SOS in the profile in the app (web has a limited feature set).

We build Swappix as a network of mutual requests with transparent rules and less of a single black box: you choose the counterparty while the platform provides search, reputation, and safety tools. Longer term we look at blockchain layers focused on settlement privacy; a research anchor is the Midnight ecosystem (protected computation and proofs without oversharing data).
Midnight targets privacy-by-default use cases — close to P2P exchange where honesty and personal data respect both matter. Product integrations will land as the network and audits mature.
